Our services are completely free to all candidates.

What is the duration until applicant is placed?

Depending on the needs of the employer as well as your marketability, including your skills, availability, and flexibility, the duration until an applicant is placed varies.  The key to ensuring success is to provide the recruiter with all of your qualifications and to stay in touch with them.

Visa/Sponsorship

All positions are open to any individual eligible to work in the United States for any employer, including those with valid Employment Authorization Documents, those with valid United States Permanent Resident Cards (i.e. Green Cards), and others eligible to work in the United States as described on the I-9 document provided by the United States Department of Homeland Security.  If you are in need of visa or sponsorship, please contact one of our staffing consultants.

How much will it cost my company?

All services are performed on a contingency basis.  Until we have provided a candidate to you that you wish to hire, there is absolutely no charge to you.  Our services are priced very competitively in relation to the market.  In fact, most employers find that it is less expensive to work with us than to hire a quality individual using more traditional means.  Due to the high degree of customization inherent in the services we provide for you, it is impossible to know in advance what costs will apply specifically to your situation.  However, once your dedicated Account Executive has a better idea of your unique requirements, they can design a very cost-effective solution for your consideration.

What is the process for finding employees through TriCom Quest?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately.  After a one-on-one consultation addressing your needs and the details of the position, we will send only the most qualified applicants for interviews.
