Are there any fees for your service?
Our services are completely free to you, the candidate.
Will my skills be tested?
To ensure that you’re the right candidate for the demands of a specific job, we may assess your skills in order to place you in an environment in which you’ll be successful.
How do I register with your agency?
Please complete the on-line application form or contact our office to schedule an interview. We’ll discuss your work history and determine the types of assignments that will further your career goals.
Technical questions (log-in, password, etc.)
- To login, you first must have created a user in the Application System. If you haven’t already created a user, then Create a User Now.
- For security purposes, we are not able to access your password for you. However, there is a form at the bottom of the login page where you can have the website send you your password. If can only send your password to the e-mail address you used when you created a user, so that address must be valid in order to retrieve a lost or forgotten password.
How do I get paid?
It depends on the type of placement. If you are hired by one of our employer companies in a direct-hire position, you will get your paychecks from them just like anybody else. If you are placed on a temporary assignment, then you are on the TriCom Quest payroll. We have weekly payrolls, which mean that for extended assignments you can expect to get a paycheck every Friday. You may stop by our office to pick up your paycheck, take advantage of our direct deposit, or instruct us to mail it to you.
Why use an agency?
Whether you want a temporary job or a permanent position, registering with a staffing company is a great career move that offers lots of options and opportunities. Our clients know that we are experts in recruiting and matching employees for temporary or permanent positions. So when they have job openings, they increasingly contact TriCom Quest to help meet their work force needs.
Duration until applicant is placed.
It depends on the needs of the employer as well as your marketability, including your skills, availability, and flexibility. Some employees are offered assignments immediately. The key to ensuring success is to provide the recruiter with all of your qualifications and to stay in touch with them.

Most positions are open to any individual eligible to work in the United States for any employer, including those with valid Employment Authorization Documents, those with valid United States Permanent Resident Cards (aka Green Cards), and others eligible to work in the United states as described on Department of Homeland Security document I-9.
