How agency finds/screens candidates
We identify the individuals that we represent with several methods through our extensive network, on-line recruiting efforts, advertising and a great deal through referrals and prior candidates.

Cost/fee for service (cancel, place, etc)

  • All services are performed on a contingency basis. Until we have provided a candidate to you that you wish to hire, there is absolutely no charge to you. Once you have made a choice on who you would like to hire, if it is permanent hire, the fee charged is based on a percentage of the annual salary. If it is for a contract, the fee is charged hourly and is comprised of the employee’s rate plus a service fee. All fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to the search for a candidate.
  • Our services are priced very competitively in relation to the market. In fact most employers find that it is less expensive to work with us than to seek to hire a quality individual with more traditional means. Due to the high degree of customization inherent in the services we provide for you, it is impossible to know in advance what costs will apply specifically to your situation. However once your dedicated Account Executive has a better idea of your unique requirements, they can design a very cost-effective solution for your consideration.
  • You are under no obligation to pay us if you do not like any of the candidates we present unless you choose to hire one of our candidates. We really are the no-risk way to ensure you are seeing the best people for your needs.

Guarantee of candidates
We provide a guarantee with every candidate that is placed. On a permanent placement, it is a one-month guarantee. For temporary placement, if an employee proves unsatisfactory for any reason, the employee will be replaced. Provided you notify us within the first four hours of an assignment, there will be no charge for the day.
